What is a Hookah?

In simple terms a Hookah is a tobacco pipe of Near Eastern origin with a long, flexible tube by which the smoke is drawn through a jar of water and thus cooled.

The hookah has been around for over a 1000 years, in one form or another. Over the last 20 years it has evolved to meet the needs of hookah lounges and hookah enthusiasts all over the world. The hookah as we know it today, comes in multiple colors, different types of hookah stems, multiple hoses, and even multi hookah bowls which fits on one hookah.
