Hookah Etiquette

Follow these simple rules and you will have a great time.

1. Respect the Hookah and the person serving you your Hookah

2. Do not smoke a cigarette while smoking a hookah. Cigarettes and Hookah smoke are completely different.

3. While at a hookah bar or  hookah event, never handle the hookah. Always ask for assistance.

4. Although you may think you know everything about hookahs, do not talk poorly about the hookah or the shisha in front of the hookah servers.

5. If you wish to smoke a cigarette, do not lite your cigarette from the coals of the hookah.

6. When leaving, let others around you know. This will avoid tipping over the hookah. Which is a big Hookah Party FOUL!

7. Once lit do not remove the screen and rotate the shisha, doing so will give you a bad hookah smoke. Also it is disrespectful to the hookah owners.

8. Do Not Blow smoke in a person's face unless asked to do so.

9. When in a group, share and do not hold the hookah hose for a long period of time.

10. If the bowl is harsh politeley tell the host. Believe me they want you to enjoy it as much as possible.
